Through most of my life journey I’ve been teaching, mentoring and coaching in various forms. The format that I find most effective is interactive, experiential, hands-on and fun. It’s easy to tell someone what to do but I love that at the Academy we don’t just teach it, we walk every step with you. I’m excited to be a part of your success helping you create big results in a short amount of time. What if your only job was to have a great life?

I consider it a blessing to have been associated with the Personal Growth movement since the 1970’s, as a student and trainer. Initially, I was fortunate to have some fantastic teachers at the Arica Institute. Now, I feel fortunate to contribute all that I have learned from 35 years of  Personal Growth training to the PEARLS Leadership Academy Six-Month Mastery Program.

I’ve been a licensed holistic practitioner as well as a teacher of holistic health and traditional Chinese medical techniques for 20 years. In 1998, as an addition to my holistic practice, I started another business from home that grew into a full time income. I quickly realized that business, done correctly and ethically, could be one of the best healing tools available. I’m extremely proud to be associated with the PEARLS Leadership Academy because to my knowledge, we are the first school to combine personal growth, health education and step by step mentoring in every aspect of building a network marketing business together in a classroom setting.

I spent most of my life developing software, maintaining computer systems and databases as an IT administrator. This fast pace life forced me to look for other solutions and opportunities to support my family and really live. I’m excited to share what I’ve learned to build a business that provides the Time Freedom I was seeking. The PEARLS Leadership Academy Master program would have accelerated my success.

Knowing what I know about this industry for years, I only WISH that someone taught me earlier how to work “smarter” and not harder. From being an employee, owning a traditional business, to protecting people’s jobs for a Union, I would have paid QUADRUPLE for an academy like PEARLS. In the highway of life, there are many financial roads that lead to nowhere and there is the “Autobahn.” This training will prepare you for the ride of your life… and there is no looking back!

My primary motivation is to empower others to live their fullest, happiest, healthiest, and most meaningful lives possible.  Having started and maintained two businesses in the health and wellness industry since 2006, I enjoy a great deal of satisfaction which comes from blending this personal desire into my professional life.  Combining this experience with my prior career as an electrical engineer, it is my privilege to share how I make use of technology and systems to accelerate business-building activities with efficiency and ease.
